Our national Customer Codes are a powerful way to drive better practice in the energy industry. Designed collaboratively with customers and industry representatives, these voluntary statements of commitment aim to raise standards, build trust and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers + communities.
Our Customer Codes also foster a vibrant community that encourages insight sharing, expanding networks and creates opportunities for collaboration.
Each Customer Code is independently administered and overseen by a dedicated Customer Code Council. The Independent Chair and representation from customers and key stakeholders ensure transparency and accountability. Customer Code Councils also actively develop resources and guidance for emerging issues.
