Each Community of Practice focuses on:

• Inspiring action by showcasing better practices, sharing customer research and hosting expert-led discussions on relevant, timely topics at our regular workshops
• Creating an open-access resource library, ensuring knowledge sharing and valuable insights are accessible to all stakeholders
• Creating opportunities for enhanced sector collaboration, strengthened partnerships between energy organisations, community and other stakeholders to address common challenges
• Nurturing business cultures that prioritise customer and community-centric decision-making.
